The hotel has a really great location, just a minute from Nanjing Road and so close to the Bund. My room felt a bit dim and had outdated furniture, but it was clean and tidy. The staff was courteous and helpful, although their English wasn't perfect. Dining was pretty decent; I enjoyed the freshly made coffee and nice service, but the bread could have been better. Overall, it's a good option for the location, but the room could use an upgrade.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the Bund and close to Nanjing Road, which I loved. The room was small but came with a complimentary upgrade, and I appreciated having access to free internet. However, the service was a downside; the staff was rude and had trouble communicating in English. Overall, while the location makes it worth considering, the service left a lot to be desired.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location near the Bund and the famous Peace Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, the service could be improved since some staff members had limited English skills. Dining was decent but could use some variety, especially for breakfast. Overall, it’s a great spot for the price, but I wouldn't say it’s perfect.

The hotel is a great value option for those on a budget, as it's located just a short walk from The Bund and offers clean, well-appointed rooms. While the staff was eager to please, I did find some of them a bit rude, especially at the reception. The breakfast was decent enough, and overall, the location is a standout feature. However, the small toilet in the room was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the action near The Bund, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, while a bit small, were clean and comfortable enough for my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the service at the spa was on the pricier side. Dining options were decent but a little expensive for what you get, yet the breakfast was quite good. Overall, it offers great value for money given the central location.
